RETICULATION NETWORK

25,000

LITRE STORAGE CAPACITY

Project Overview

1

OBJECTIVE

To install and monitor municipal backup and borehole collection system and simplify the reticulation network

2

SOLUTION

Two zincalum tanks were installed. The first tank serves as storage of borehole water. This water is then filtered by the 5-step filtration system and then pumped into the second tank with 26000 litre storage capacity. From the second tank water is fed to the buildings using a simplified reticulation network. Pressure management ensures that council water is only used when there is no feed from the borehole tank.

3

RESULTS

Utilise water from an alternative source in order to decrease water supplied by council and provide backup storage.
